Office Support Position: Roles and Accountabilities (20 hours per week)

Tasks:

  • Session logistics:
    • Greet clients in the morning
    • Set up and take down session rooms in excellence
    • Serve lunches and snacks
    • Tidy room during breaks
    • Bring materials to clients as needed
    • Make copies
    • Make coffee
  • Customer Delight
    • Maintain professionalism and “help first” attitude at all times
    • Anticipate client needs
    • Determine special things to go above and beyond (favorite client snacks, toys, etc.)
  • Office Upkeep
    • Dusting and vacuuming
    • Unloading dishwasher
    • Organizing back storeroom
    • Mailing/ Errands
    • Track and maintain office inventory
  • Event Help
    • Set up
    • Take down
    • Errands
  • Miscellaneous Support

Skills Required:

  • Commitment to Excellence: “Good enough” is not in our DNA
  • Communication: Both verbal and written
  • High Flexibility: Ability to quickly respond and adapt to changes in plans or schedule and willingness to work outside of office hours if need arises
  • High customer Service Skills
  • Attention to Detail: There are many details to set up for sessions to ensure client satisfaction
  • Organization: Ability to keep office in order, maintain inventory and prepare for sessions
  • Good Grooming: We look professional to show respect to our clients
  • Problem-Solving: Sessions do not always go as planned; we need a team member who will create solutions quickly
  • Self-Motivated: If there is work to be done, we want someone who will do it without being asked

Shifts: 6:30am-12:30pm, 12:30pm-6:30pm, roughly 3-4 days per week
