Resilience or resiliency – Re sil ien cy – ri-zil-yuh n-see; synonyms: flexibility, pliancy, recoil.

Noun

  1. The power or ability to return to the original form, position, etc…, after being bent, compressed, or stretched; elasticity.

  1. Ability to recover readily from illness, depression, adversity or the like; buoyancy.

Perhaps you’d agree this is a fitting term for 2020? We’re absolutely being pushed, nudged, thrown and offered multiple opportunities to be resilient.

Over the next weeks and months, I’ll be delving into this topic heavily as I design multiple offerings for leaders, their teams and organizations to build their resilience.

I believe there is currently no greater need to help each other move forward and not only survive, but to thrive as a result. This is a team effort, will you join me?
