Dealing with Change in the Coronavirus Pandemic

Amber Christian is the founder of Wonderly Software Solutions, a technology company that uses human-centered design to create new solutions that make meetings run more efficiently. Her twenty years of experience in software engineering and project management meant she had to sit through some painful meetings, so she started looking for a solution that would change that. For many of my EOS clients, we understand the importance of a solid meeting structure and its impact on our productivity. With the introduction of Wonderly’s first software product, Bella Scena, Amber Christian, and her team have redefined what it means to have a good meeting structure.

Bella Scena

Amber’s goal with Bella Scena is to use beautiful design to nudge employees into behaviors that help everybody excel in a meeting. Bella Scena makes meetings more visual and more focused. There is a lot of meeting anxiety out there because employees don’t always know what they’re walking into. By setting a specific goal for the meeting, your team members can prepare for a productive discussion where everyone is on the same page when they walk into the room. Individuals can work together to develop an intentional and precise agenda using Bella’s fun, attractive, and user-friendly interface. Your team will have something to work towards instead of spinning its wheels for an hour while everyone gets up to speed.

Human-Centered Design

After twenty years in the technology industry, Amber was at a point where she had the experience, skills, and motivation to do things differently. That is what inspired her passion for human-centered design. Amber had a vision to build her products alongside her customers and that is exactly what she achieved with Bella Scena. None of the features are guesses—she listened to her target audience and gave them exactly what they wanted. Over half the feedback Amber received from her prospective customers was provided by women. In the tech industry, that is something to be celebrated. Amber and her team are just getting started and there is so much in store for Wonderly as time moves forward.
