Growth is challenging.

It can’t happen if you try to control it, predict it, or keep it small. When you try to contain what’s happening into what you can comfortably manage, you slow or stagnate growth.

When you grow too fast, overwhelm can result. Simplification is the response.

When you grow too slowly, you miss opportunities and can lose momentum. New thinking, practices, and processes are the response.

The same you can’t meet tomorrow’s challenges.

If you don’t grow, you’ll slow and eventually stop.

If you’re in a rut, do something new and rise.

Growth will begin again.
