Connective tissue.

The times you can walk down the hall, grab a quick conversation, overhear someone managing a meeting or interaction, stop by and make someone’s day a bit brighter don’t happen online.

Though our efficiency and effectiveness are improved, learning sometimes happens in the spaces in between.

For our middle managers, those new to the workforce and those of us who thrive in person, we miss the connective tissue.

It’s propagating a next level issue in how we learn, how we mentor and how we lean into the spaces.

Learning how to more intentionally mentor, learn and teach each other is a necessity in an online or online first environment.

You can’t learn it all in classes or videos, it has to happen IRL.
