“People who cannot find time for recreation are obliged sooner or later to find time for illness.” John Wanamaker said this and I agree with him.

I’ve heard “I’m tired of the pandemic” all too often in the past two months. Really? Me too.

So what?

If that’s the case, we all need to wake up and find more recreation.

Yup. That’s it. The pandemic won’t subside or correct due to our impatience if we do the wrong things.

What can we do?

Play more. Recreation is “refreshment of one’s mind or body after work through activity that amuses or stimulates; play.”

We can do this, permission to play, we all need to make time to laugh and get engaged with what we can do, not lament what we’re not – for now.

If we don’t make time now, your body will make time later; whether you’re ready or not.
