After growing up in the midwest, he began his career in the United States Army. In 2002, after serving ten years in the military Brad left, as a captain and began pursuing a career in real estate. Diving Into Unknown Territory

Brad was always a hard worker and his experience as an athlete and in the army showcased his discipline. After reading the book Rich Dad, Poor Dad everything changed. He began to transition from an employee mindset to an entrepreneur mindset. Eventually Brad decided to leave the military and move to San Antonio, TX. Once he arrived he had his real estate license within 30 days and began a new career in real estate sales. Some people are able to dive in head first, Brad is one of those people.

Mistakes That Lead To Success

Brad began his real estate career in sales, but later transitioned into property management. He began RentWerx in his home and grew the business. The path to success is not always smooth. Brad experienced some embezzlement in his business and found that he needed a better system to prevent future incidents. He implemented procedures and systems using EOS, and found that business began to grow and become more successful. In our conversation Brad shares how implementing EOS, impacted his business growth.
